The Elusive Cow.

We found ourselves across the river in Bellevue this evening. And we stumbled across The Elusive Cow. I remember when the Cow was just a booth at the Tuesday Strauss Troy Markets on Fountain Square. I knew they opened up a bricks and mortar place on the other side of the river but I was never sure where. Well, now we know...






Mad Tree's Black Forest Milk Stout...

I got their burger with Dill Harvarti cheese and onion rings...

I loved how their burger was seasoned. And just look at those onion rings...

But Genifer totally out ordered me with this massive BLT with avocado...


It was one of the best BLTs that I've ever tasted. The bacon was perfect. Not too crispy.


We can't wait to visit The Elusive Cow again for that amazing BLT! :)
