My parents came into town this evening to go the Reds-cubs game with us. Before the
game, we devoured some delicious Pizza King pizza, and then headed down to the game.
On our way, we got caught in a torrential rainstorm. We made it into the ballpark and
checked out the Reds Brewery District...
But $13 for a beer was too rich for our blood. We stopped into one of the little shops along
the main concourse to check out their beer selection...
Look at those cute Reds bears...
We stopped by the Fox Sports Ohio Condominium during the rain delay...
And after about an hour delay, the tarp came off the field...
The skies looked clear as we headed to our seats...
Cubs phenom, Javier Baez...
And the Cubs, All-Star first baseman, Anthony Rizzo, who homered as we were dodging
the raindrops to get inside GABP...
Sam LeCure came on to relieve Johnny Baseball...
We were dangerously close to more free pizza...
Yep...
Daniel Corcino was making his MLB debut...
And he went one-two-three.
Welcome to the bigs, Daniel Corcino!
And even though the Reds lost, it was great to see a game with my parents...
Another great night at the ballpark! :)
