What a difference a couple days can make. When we went to the Reds game on Sunday,
it was perfect baseball weather. Sunny 80º. Perfect. Fast forward 30 hours, and boom.
Yeah, there's a little bit of sun but it's 35º. THIRTY. FIVE. Brr. This was going to a long
evening of baseball. And I forgot to take a photo of the outside of the ballpark when we
were walking in. AGAIN! Geez. I must be really rusty...
And here's the first view from our season tickets...
Not too shabby. Not too shabby at all....
Devin Mesoraco's been on fire lately!
Mike Leake was on the hill tonight for the Reds...
It was Jackie Robinson Day!
And Leake was helping his cause with a big double of the wall in left...
Everyone was wearing 42 in honor of Jackie Robinson...
Everyone...
There weren't many people at the game so we moved down a section...
Mike Leake was on fire tonight...
Todd Frazier home run!
And then Mike Leake helped his cause even more by going yard!
Reds loaded full of Reds...
Our first instant replay...
Check out that moon behind the scoreboard...
We were right on the doorstep of free more pizza...
I don't know that there were 18,000 people at this game...
Billy Hamilton actually got on base and tried to steal second...
And he got thrown out. :/ Heisey!
And with that, we headed for home to get warm...
When we got home, the Reds held on for the win!
And we are now 3-0 at Reds games so far this season!
Great game! But hopefully, this will be our only really chilly, cold game of the season. :)
