Top of the Park.

Remember when we saw that huge crane on Fourth Street across from Lytle Park?
And then we found out it was being used to build a brand new rooftop terrace at the
Residence Inn at The Phelps? Then when we tried to check out their rooftop terrace
were informed by the hotel staff that it wasn't "really open" to the general public, just
private events? Well. Come to find out that their rooftop terrace, Top of the Park is
actually open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 to 9pm. So with all that being
said, what do you say we go check out downtown Cincinnati's second rooftop bar...
