After lunch, we drove out to Lebanon to the Irons Fruit Farm. We wanted to get some
pumpkins from their pumpkin patch and try to navigate their giant corn maze.
This year's corn maze theme was Cowboy Corn Maze.
The last time we came to their corn maze the theme was "It's a Zoo Out There."
And just like last time, there were six boxes hidden in the maze. Find all six and you get
a free homemade donut when you get back to the farm house. There's one...
Two...
Three...
Four...
We couldn't believe how many wooly-bear caterpillars were in that corn maze...
We found box number five...
And the final sixth box! HOORAY!
WE DID IT! We survived the 2013 Irons Fruit Farm Corn Maze!
I tracked how far we walked on my Runkeeper app. And all and all, the corn maze took
us just under an hour and a half and we walked just under a mile and a half. Fun stuff!
Now on to the pumpkin patch!
And just like last time, we saw hot air balloons on our way home.
What a really fun afternoon. Here's a picture of the pumpkins we picked out...
