I've been having this craving for Baby Back Ribs for a while now like you wouldn't believe.
Conventional wisdom would say this post would be all about Montgomery Inn Boathouse
or maybe Velvet Smoke up at Findlay Market or the much celebrated Eli's BBQ or SmoQ
all the way out in Fairfield. But who wants to drive anywhere? On a Tuesday night? Not me.
All those places are good. But it doesn't really matter though. Because in my humble opinion,
the best ribs in Cincinnati are just down the street from us at Moerlein Lager House.
I mean, just look at this...
I just looked at them, and the meat fell right off the bone. And their BBQ sauce? Delicious.
Just enough of a tang to it but still sweet. I couldn't imagine there being such a thing as
better ribs than the ribs from Moerlein Lager House.
