Tonight after a delicious dinner of Skyline, we dodged the raindrops and headed down
to US Bank Arena to watch our Cyclones take on the Trenton Titans...
Skyline closed at 7pm and the Cyclones game didn't start until 7:30pm, and as a result,
we ended up getting to US Bank Arena super early. Earlier than we ever had before!
It's time for hockey!
There were three fights in the game! This one was just five minutes in...
At the first of the first period, the Cyclones jumped out to a 3-1 lead!
There were dueling beer pyramids in the second period...
And at the end of the second period, the Cyclones were still out in front 4-2...
And five minutes into the third, the Cyclones Josh Shalla notched his first career hat trick!
Fight number three...
And the Cyclones went on to win, 7-4!
With tonight's win, the Cyclones are now tied for the top spot in the Eastern Conference
in the ECHL. It was the best I've seen the Cyclones play this season. It looks like they
are definitely getting ready for another play-off run in their quest for the Kelly Cup!
