Fusian.

Fusian has been downtown for a quite a little while now. it's become a very popular lunch spot,
well-known for their inexpensive yet delicious sushi. Somehow, I always forgot this place was
even an option for a Saturday lunch. Today I remembered it was open, and we gave it a try.



I've heard from a lot of people that it's like the Chiptole of sushi... cheap, fast and good.



I was fascinated with their sushi chopper. Just a quick turn of the handle and you have ten
perfectly portioned mouthfuls of what promised to be sushi roll deliciousness.

And I also ordered the Seaweed Salad...

Everything was amazing. Delicious, filling and wicked inexpensive. We'll definitely be back.
