Genifer and I grabbed some lunch at Rock Bottom Brewery. I've fallen in love with one of their burgers, the Laredo burger... A southwest-inspired with Pepper Jack cheese, homemade guacamole, pico de gallo and chipotle mayo... Holy geez, it's delicious.
