gathering spot in Lytle Park for their march through downtown to their march and protest
to Fountain Square. Their protests are modeled after the Occupy Wall Street movement.
"The movement is meant to demonstrate against perceived corporate greed and general
social inequality. Protesters say they are fed up with everything from high unemployment
to their belief that the vast majority of Americans are paying more taxes while the wealthy
and corporations pay less." I heard approximately 700 people marched to Fountain Square.
