Today was supposed to be Soccer Saturday.

Apparently waking up early to watch a soccer match on TV and then trying to make it to
a live soccer match in the evening is a not match made in heaven. I woke up really early
for the North London derby and had every intention of traveling to the Cincinnati Gardens
to watch the Cincinnati Kings Indoor Soccer team play their first match of the season.
The Kings kick-off was at 7.30pm when I opened my eyes on the sofa, it was 8.05pm.
DOH!

I must have nodded off watching the other football.

It sounds like it was quite the match with the Kings winning their first-ever home game
at the Gardens, beating up the Detroit Waza 10-3. Good news is the Kings will be back on
their home turf on Saturday, November 27 and kick off is set for 7:35 pm. Maybe I'll be
able to make it to that match.
