Tonight, I decided to walk down to US Bank Arena to take in my second Cyclones game
of the season! Tonight the Cyclones were taking on the Toledo Walleye. Wait. What?
Walleye? Really? Were all the good names for hockey teams already taken at the name
store or something? Ok-ay. Well, it was a good thing I've been to US Bank Arena before
because the signs were kinda fishy. Ha, ha... fishy. Like calling a hockey team Walleye.
There were a lot of people in line for tickets...
But there weren't many people at the game. At all...
There was however, a lot of beer. I mean like, a lot A LOT...
It was a really good game. Back and forth and back and forth.
And Meghan Mongillo was there.... Rawr! How you doin'?
As was Chug Cam...
Classy. And there was even extra hockey as the Cyclones and Walleye were deadlocked
at one each at the end of regulation...
But that didn't last long as the Cyclones scored 34 seconds into the extra hockey...
My ticket was $13. And I had 3 $1 beers and a slice of pizza. Total spent? $19.50
I really don't understand why US Bank Arena isn't packed for every Cyclones game.
Especially with all the special promotions and stuff they do...
