The third annual Fountain Square Halloween Costume Contest.

Today at lunchtime was the third annual Halloween Costume Contest on Fountain Square.
The costumes were brilliant. They had such an array of characters show up, from Pee Wee
Herman to Strawberry Shortcake, it was definitely a sight to see...
